Each serving of 4 capsules contains: Tribex Full-Spectrum Active Extracts (Tribulus terrestris and Avena Sativa) 2000mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, cellulose, magnesium stearate. FD&C blue #1, FD&C red#3, FD&C red#40, titanium dioxide.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 to 4 capsules in the morning and 2 to 4 capsules six to eight hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. IMPORTANT CYCLING INFORMATION; Use in cycles consisting of either 1) five days on and two days off; or 2) four weeks on and one week off. Allow up to four weeks to attain full effects.
